We just completed the sale of a dermatology practice in Prince George’s County, Maryland. This is a medical dermatology practice collecting $500,000 on 3 days per week of MD coverage. The practice is well regarded and has been in the same area for over 35 years. In the structured deal, the Seller will remain with the practice buyer for a post-employment period to assist with transition.
